If jUDDI 3.1.0 officially released, what is download URL?

Hi jUDDI 3.1.0 users:

If jUDDI 3.1.0 officially released, what is the download URL?

The question may appear simple, but as we speak, none of the download links on the following page (listed on official jUDDI page) are working:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/juddi/3_1_0

Note: The SVN url is fine.

Please suggest where to download jUDDI 3.1.0 from.  Thanks, and congratulations on a new release.
