No goal torque:doc when running test project?

I'm trying to run the test project with maven 1 as per the instructions at
http://db.apache.org/torque/developer-info/test-project.html and am getting
the following:

Since I've never done this before, can someone point me in the right direction?

$ maven -Dtorque.test.profile=mysql
