Similar to HDDS-409, hadoop-hdds and its submodule have undefined hadoop component folder:
When building the package, it creates an UNDEF hadoop component in the share folder:
* ./hadoop-hdds/sub-module/target/sub-module-X.Y.Z-SNAPSHOT/share/hadoop/UNDEF/lib
