[~prasanth_j] can you take a look? This moves code around pretty much, and splits some classes. Also DynamicInstanceSet changed to just call parent methods, since it was anyway just using bunch of parent fields for most things, except instanceCache itself for some reason... I've preserved separate reference to instanceCache for now.
