3.0.3 dnsbl and make test
I don't seen any upgrade notes that would cause the following failures
with "make test". I upgraded all the modules listed in the INSTALL
file to the latest versions. Any ideas? (Debian linux - perl 5.6.1)

to the latest versions." - this includes Net DNS 0.49

Do you have Net::DNS installed?
