   This PR backports b46c58b324db40c4a93428bc30b35bc326ff3479 to dev/1.3.\n\nThe dev/1.3 branch does not contain the newer database-name transfer plumbing assumed by the original commit, so this backport includes the minimal request/load-attribute plumbing needed to carry the tree database name to the receiver.\n\nVerification:\n- mvn spotless:apply -pl iotdb-core/datanode\n- mvn -nsu -Dcheckstyle.skip=true -pl iotdb-core/datanode -Dtest=PipeStatementTsStatusVisitorTest,IoTDBDataNodeReceiverTest test (blocked by existing datanode compilation errors in schema/pipe discard APIs before test execution)
