Ubuntu14.04下KVM，cloudstack4.4.3系统虚拟机启动失败，请问是什么原因？

真实原因未找到，但找到问题所在，供大家参考
正常来说情况，/dev/kvm这个链接到一个字符设备；
而我的这台KVM主机，却是一个文件夹，文件夹里面是一个链接（到/dm-0）
解决办法是从一台好用的KVM主机拷贝字符设备

请问/dev/kvm 是个文件夹还是个块设备，目前kvm是个文件夹，里面有个文件叫kvm，
连接至/dev/dm-0;
还是/dev/kvm是个链接，直接链接至/dev/dm-0
Kvm-ok执行完毕信息如下：
INFO: /dev/kvm exists
KVM acceleration can be used
这个正常吗？
