LDAP cn=podlings,ou=groups,dc=apache,dc=org - is it needed?

Is the following used/needed?

dn: cn=podlings,ou=groups,dc=apache,dc=org
structuralObjectClass: groupOfNames
createTimestamp: 20161221015843Z

It has not been maintained:
modifyTimestamp: 20170802021104Z
