Description:
It seems that latest Excalibur releases are located in http://www.apache.org/dist/avalon/ but not in http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository/.
So they are not automagically published to Ibiblio.
Could you please, copy jar files into http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository/?
