Hidden fields in a form created by the HtmlResponseStateManager is given an id which is not prefixed with the id of the form. When using more than form on a page the id is no longer unique within the page. This can be easily resolved by not giving the hidden fields any id. It is the name attribute that causes the browser to submit the field, not the id attribute.
