[jira] [Created] (JUDDI-645) NodeId config setting is not honored

Alex O'Ree created JUDDI-645:
--------------------------------

Summary: NodeId config setting is not honored
                 Key: JUDDI-645
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JUDDI-645
             Project: jUDDI
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: core
    Affects Versions: 3.1.5
            Reporter: Alex O'Ree
            Assignee: Kurt T Stam

The NodeId identifies the owning node in a cluster a UDDI servers using the replication API. The code is there, but even if the node id is specified, the logic isn't quite right. The node id can be fetched through getOperationalDetails
