is not unzippable (maybe because of running.txt) on a Win10-x64 machine. I
tried two mirrors: lauf-forum.at and hs-esslingen.de; both files were corrupt.

my download directory for Tomcat 7.091
Correction: Here are the 3 files downloaded. The one with (1) is not
unzippable. The sizes are equal. Don't know the exact source URLs, maybe from
lauf-*.at and *esslingen.de

The first 2 were not unzippable,
the last one (2) now is!
There is a difference in size too.

The above value is the correct one.
I can unzip the file using 7-zip archiver.
I can unzip the file using built-in support for browsing of zip files in
Windows Explorer (Windows 10 1803 64-bit).
No issues noted.
Note: the size of the file is 10 740 483 bytes.

All 3 files are not fully extractable, 2 of them stop at running.txt and one
is completely corrupt. The source URLs are:
