The following download cgis are still broken:

http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download/1_1_1/download.cgi
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download/1_4_1.old/download.cgi
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download/M2/download.cgi

This one works, but downloads 1.5:
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/download/1_4/download.cgi

N.B. There are a lot of old download directories; normal practise is to
keep only the most recent version available via the mirrors, as older
versions can be obtained from archive.apache.org.
