   @codelipenghui why you guys are keep changing releases for the PRs which are not coming from specific vendors.
   This PR is ready to merge for last 3 releases and intentionally taking out from the releases. I have seen many PRs which are not from vendors are moved out from the releases. And later we found the similar PR is created by the vendor and merged,
   I really disagree with such destructive approaches which are happening in Pulsar community.
   Please stop changing release for the PRs which are ready for last 3 releases.
