The Apache Commons team is pleased to announce the release of
commons-logging-1.1.3.

Commons Logging is a thin adapter allowing configurable bridging to
other, well known logging systems.

Source and binary distributions are available for download
from the Apache Commons download site:

This release only changes the Bundle-SymbolicName in the manifest to
"org.apache.commons.logging" to simplify the packaging for certain
