   Deprecate ```getstatus``` command in favor of ```status```.  And also, move ```CmdFunctionsTest.java``` from module pulsar-client-tool-test to pulsar-client-tool so we can reuse the class ```ConsoleOutputCapturer``` which is very useful for check console output. And further more, I guess we can merge pulsar-client-tool-test into pulsar-client-tool, which only contains serval tests. @sijie WDYT?
