It seems {{delete_stream}} is called twice against one stream on some condition. I'm not 100% sure but it is caused by a chunked response.
It happens with:
nghttp -vn https://localhost:8443/httpbin/stream-bytes/0
It doesn't happen with:
nghttp -vn https://localhost:8443/httpbin/bytes/0
