Summary: bean:include does not work properly on WAS6
           Product: Struts
           Version: 1.1 Final
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Custom Tags
        AssignedTo: dev@struts.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ngawor@us.ibm.com

Because bean:include apparently opens a new connection and then requests a jsp,
it is not considered a true include by WAS6. Therefore a new session is created
whenever a bean:include is used. Can bean:include work without opening this new
connection?
