   **NOTE:** `GenericsUtils.parameterizeType("List<? super Type>","Collection")` returns `Collection<Type>` and not `Collection<? super Type>`.  I attempted to address this, but was not successful.  This should probably be fixed at some point because it breaks the semantics of "? super Type".
