[PR] Update dependencies for TS code in Core UI dists, v3-1-test [airflow]

Running `pnpm audit --fix` on SimpleAuthMgr and Core UI.
Removing ajv from automated fixes as this seems to have an in-compatibility.

Feels like I am too stupid for thin NPM stuff. I even do not know how to fix the error in CI.
