ClearCase to Subversion conversion

When I first looked into converting our ClearCase repository to SVN I
did not find many resources, so I wrote a script that does a relatively
simplistic but effective conversion... It's available for anyone who
wishes to use it. At the very least it should be a good start for a more
comprehensive tool!
