JMeter crashing with OutOfMemoryError

Hi,

I'm using JMeter 2.3.2 on WinXP. Upon running a certain test, it eventually
crashes JMeter with the error

Exception java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: requested 8208 bytes for promotion.
Out of swap space?
errorlevel=1
Press any key to continue . . .

What settings should I being paying attention to in order to increase swap
space, memory, etc?

Thanks, - Dave

RE: JMeter crashing with OutOfMemoryError

Posted by "Monga, Richa" <Ri...@nds.com>.
Try to run the test in Non GUI mode.
U can assign the heap size in jmeter.bat and jmeter-report file under bin directory.
set HEAP=-Xms256m -Xmx256m

Thanks,
Richa
