Apache 2.0.35 & PHP 4.1.2 on Redhat 7.2

Hi,

I am trying to compile php using the
'--with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs' option

I run the following:
./configure --with-mysql --with-gd --with-jpeg-dir --with-png-dir
--with-ttf --with-tiff-dir --with-png-dir --enable-force-cgi-redirect
--with-openssl --with-zlib --enable-ftp --disable-posix --with-regex=php
-enable-trans-sid --enable-safe-mode --enable-magic-quotes
--with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --disable-rpath --with-dom
--with-expat-dir=/usr
Make

I get the following error:

I ran a many searches on the same and found tht other ppl have faced
this error too. But I couldn't find any way to solve it.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?
