### Description
The actuator does not have relevant permission control, and illegal users can obtain monitoring information in the application system by accessing the default actuator endpoints
### Usage Scenario
Unauthorized SpringBoot Actor does not affect the functional use of streampark, but does not meet the requirements of the company's compliance department
