I am closing this bug as un-responsive from the submitter.
In trying to track down the bug, I have found that the Oracle
Thin Client will give back the result message "No Suitable Driver"
if you can't create a connection to the Server. This behavior
was only apparent in earlier versions of Xalan, 2.5.1, the SQL
driver correctly supports the error mechanism and reports the
real JDBC SQLException message.
