Maybe you can download it again? Double clicking works fine for me (on 
my mac).

Downloaded again, it did the unzip by itself correctly.
Probably the previous downloads had some binary problem.

I just tried downloading both of them and had no problems unzipping from 
the command line (Mac OS X 10.5.7).
