Welcome to Axis C++ Deployment Descripter Not Found

  Hello,

     I get finished to install
axisc++, but the following
message is given when I try to
test the service opening
http://localhost/axis :

      Welcome to Axis C++
  Deployment Descripter Not Found

     Does anybody have some suggests?

     My configuration : Debian Sarge,
apache 1.3.29 (got via apt-get),
axiscpp1.1.1 build from sources.
