Comments with files names in the end of files

Hi,

What is the purpose of  "// End EnumerableCalcRule.java" at the very
end of the file?
I find it annoying since it is not supported by IDEs, and it does not
make things simpler for me.

Can we trim those comment lines and make source files terminate with
just a blank line?
