Is is possible to configure CXF Failover in an OSGi environment without blueprint?

Hi,

I came across this link: http://cxf.apache.org/docs/using-cxf-and-failover-in-osgi-environment.html, which is promising, but we don’t use blueprint in our environment. So I was wondering if there is any way to configure this w/o BP.
