[PR] [ISSUE #10745] fix(proxy): close both HTTP/2 channels on failure [rocketmq]

   ## Summary
   - Close both frontend and backend channels when forwarding a backend response fails or the backend handler catches an exception.
   - Add regression tests for both failure paths.
   
   Fixes #10745.
   
   ## Validation
   - Added `Http2ProxyBackendHandlerTest` coverage.
   - Not run locally: this workspace does not have Java or Maven installed.
