Vertical Search Opportunity

Here's my deal.  I have some of the best names
possible to start a vertical search site:  Music,
sports, tv, and movie archives.com, as well as others.
 I have no technical skills whatsoever, but if I can
put a good team around this we can have a very
successful product.  I'm looking for some great guys,
girls, whatevers to put together a kick ass site. 
Need help and looking forward to talking to some great
people.
