> Destroying a vagrant environment should be cheap, but we do so much during provisioning that it's quite expensive.  For example, all of the apt/dpkg-related activities are expensive and could be baked into a box that we upload to vagrantcloud.  This would make for a bigger initial download, but the image would be cached locally and reused.  I believe this would make a vagrant destroy/up cycle quite cheap.
