[clazz] Clazz APIs. Take III
Please find attached a more complete version of the Clazz APIs and
implementations of some fundamental methods. The code also compiles
now.
If you like the names of classes and the APIs, I will check the source
code in.
I would like to suggest that we rename AClass into something like
MutableClazz or DynaClazz, AField to MutableAttribute or DynaAttribute
etc and move them into a package of their own like "clazz.mutable" or
"clazz.dyna".
If you allow me, I will perform the renaming, the move and the API
adjustment.
As the next step, I would like to write an implementation of the Clazz
APIs based on reflection.
Please, advise.
- Dmitri

Sure.
IMO, the AClass stuff is a perfect draft for the implementation of Clazz
interfaces that allow in-memory construction of "classes" a la DynaClass.
OTOH, the APIs I published are primarily interfaces. They address a couple
of aspects not addressed by A*: value access/manipulation and
Clazz-provider plug-in architecture.
We need to hash out interfaces before we do any refactoring of the
implementation.

I think it takes us 80% of the way and only needs some refactoring.

Dmitri, at present we have two APIs with some similar aspects, but some
different. We need to unite them before an implementation.
The AClass/AField code I sent you originally is nothing special. If it helps
in building an implemntation then great, otherwise c'est la vie.
I will summarise the decisions to be made in new threads.
