Probelm loading jetspeed portlets

Hi
I am getting following error in jetspeed

RegistryService: Failed to retrieve CustomizerVelocity from Portlet
[11 Apr 2003 10:16:21  INFO] - RegistryService: Failed to retrieve
CustomizerVelocity from Portlet
[11 Apr 2003 10:16:21  INFO] - RegistryService: Failed to retrieve JSP from
Portlet

where as all these portlet classes are present in my
APP/WEB_INF/classes/org/---/--/--
directory ..
