    [LIBCLOUD-594] Add firewall rule support for CloudStack driver

    CloudStack driver's doesn't support firewall rule now.
    This update add following methods.
    
    * ex_list_firewall_rules
    * ex_create_firewall_rule
    * ex_delete_firewall_rule

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/atsaki/libcloud 594_firewall_support_for_cloudstack_driver

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
