[Axis2] Issue resolving tips

Hi Devs,

When you resolve or create JIRA issues, please attach the resolve or issue
to the next release (Currently the next release will be 0.92, but not
finalized the name :) ). This will make the identification of issues easier.
I sent an email about it earlier also.
