important:coding conventions

Hi all,

During and the discussions we had on as to what should be the coding
conventions for Axis C++, we maintained a wiki at


http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?Coding_Convention

Now it reflects the ideas discussed so far. So I suggest that here afterwards
everybody follow the coding conventions mentioned in that wiki's final
version.

 Developers are in the process of updating the existing
code according to the new coding convention.
