Bugzilla

Hi,

Pier has been so kind to add the bsf-dev list as user to the ASF's
bugzilla installation.  I've made this one the "default owner" for all
BSF bugs and reassigned the two open bug reports to the list.

bugzilla should be sending mails to this list now (and in fact will
have sent two already) and they should become visible as soon as the
list moderator approves them (I'd recommend "allowing" the address).
