1999 XML Schema

Hello,

Is it possible to make Axis use the 1999 XML Schema for encoding instead
of the 2001 Schema?  Perhaps this could be done using the WSDD file's
typeMapping?

I have a client that is not longer working after upgrading form Apache
SOAP 2.2 because of slight changes to the way array of arrays are
encoded using the 2001 schema.

Any help is appreciated.
