Mirror is at http://apache.wehost4u.net
Cron is set 2x daily:
0 0,12 * * * rsync -rtlzv --delete rsync.apache.org::apache-dist /home/wehost4u/public_html/apache

Should work fine now - finally got someone that knows what the heck they're doing :-)
