I've added a patch to this. Why? Well, the patch is an attempt to valid
all the XmlSchema that gets built by the JAXB data binding. Of course,
it finds things to complain of.

 

I will continue from here to see if I can explain why these things are
missing in action (first complaint is that a part's element qname points
to an element that we ain't got) but if you don't hear further you can
assume that I'm failing.
