   两个 series 两个数据集 是对应时间轴中的每一天的数据呀，一共有7天，完整的应该有7个不一样的数据集，每天对应一个 这样理解对的吧。。。。
   用到动态柱状图的原因是，Y轴的数据是固定不变的，比如全国34个省的名称，但是时间轴中每一天的X轴数我只显示其中10个省的数据，而且每一天的Y轴都不一样，这导致了会显示24个空缺，非常不美观。虽然效果实现了 但是动画联动有BUG
   
   我就改用数据集来实现。。。
   
   简单来说 想要实现的效果就是一个柱状图，切换时间轴 Y轴和X轴显示的数据都不一样
