Distributed relation across multiple slices

Hi Ashish,
  added a example test case that demonstrates how related entities can be
stored in different slices and fetched reliably under certain restrictions.

  Refer to test case
org.apache.openjpa.slice.TestQuery#testCollocationConstraintViolation() for
further details.
