Bugzilla at nagoya is slow (Re: bugzilla accounts updated)

The Bugzilla at http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/ is extremely slow.
Displaying the query page and selecting a product takes ages.
The reason very likely is this bug in Bugzilla which has been corrected in
version 2.16:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96534
I therefore propose that the database for Lenya is kept where it is until
the problem is solved (by updating Bugzilla).
Who is in charge of Bugzilla at nagoya.apache.org ?

I found an entry in bugzilla at nagoya for this problem:
query.cgi javascript is as slow as molasses

I incremented the severity and priority a bit...

i'd say that infrastructure@apache.org is the right place to post requests
such as this.
