questions about the failover of sqoop

Hi Guys

Please help me.

I use sqoop to exchange data with RDB.
But I encounter a problem.
When one of the slaves down, sqoop cannot do failover for me,
And the sqoop job just failed.

So I have questions. Can sqoop do failover like the hadoop ?
Moreover, can you tell me the sqoop’s pocily that when one of the
slaves down, should I use the function of failover as the hadoop do for me?
Or sqoop jobs should not use failover in nature, so just restart the sqoop job once again after failure.
