[I] Use Quarkus Derby DevServices for SQL integration test [camel-quarkus]

   ### Description
   
   Seems we use a custom Derby container due to issues with loading stored procedure classes. The Derby image we use is no longer maintained. I tried testing with Quarkus Derby DevServices and the stored procedure test case is passing.
