Nightly builds are back...

Just to tell everyone that the Cactus nightly builds are working once
again! 

The location is defined on the cactus web site download page (it is:
http://cvs.apache.org/builds/jakarta-cactus/nightly/).

I'll be updating the download web page soon to reflect the new
distributable files (the name of the files and number have changed since
Cactus 1.4 as there are more things now such as the Eclipse plugin, etc
:-)).
