Closing — the 3.x line can't work for this package (the server was removed upstream); migration to `@y/websocket-server` is tracked in #6210.

Verified locally — this breaks the shared-editing server. y-websocket 3.0.0 removed the bundled server (moved to [`@y/websocket-server`](https://github.com/yjs/y-websocket-server)), so the Dockerfile's `CMD ["npx", "y-websocket"]` fails with `could not determine executable to run` (with 2.1.0 the same command starts fine).
The fix is to swap this package's dependency to `@y/websocket-server` — it keeps the same `y-websocket` bin name so the Dockerfile stays unchanged. Verified end-to-end: two browser sessions on the same workflow sync correctly against it. Suggest closing this PR (`@dependabot ignore this major version`) and doing the swap in a manual PR.

Closing in favor of a manual migration — y-websocket 3.0.0 dropped the bundled server, so we'll move `bin/y-websocket-server` to `@y/websocket-server` (which keeps the same `y-websocket` bin, so the Dockerfile stays unchanged) instead of taking the major bump. Tracked in #6210.
