[PROTOTYPE] IMPALA-11738: Fix dataload on Ubuntu 18

Ubuntu 18 consistently fails in dataload due to a crash
in Hive when trying to run this statement:
select count(*) as mv_count from functional_orc_def.mv1_alltypes_jointbl;
This is happening during dataload and due to its placement,
hive.exec.compress.output is true when it runs.

The crash happens in ZlibDecompressor code, and if this
statement runs with hive.exec.compress.output=false, then
it does not crash.

As a workaround, this sets hive.exec.compress.output=false
before running the selects against the materialized views.

Testing:
 - Ran dataload on Ubuntu 18
