[jira] Created: (COMDEV-60) Apache Ant Development

Apache Ant Development
----------------------

                 Key: COMDEV-60
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMDEV-60
             Project: Community Development
          Issue Type: New Feature
            Reporter: Antoine Levy-Lambert

Participate in the development of Apache Ant, ( http://ant.apache.org ). We would like to find one or several students interested in helping us solve the open issues submitted in bugzilla.

This web page http://ant.apache.org/bugs.html provides pointers to the open bugs of ant.

The mentor will help the student define a process to solve the bug reports, and navigate with the students the requirements of the Apache Ant project (code quality, tests, documentation).

The student and the mentor will discuss which bugs to pick for this exercise, trying to match what is interesting for the student together with what is feasible in the available time, with an eye to usefulness for the user community.

Ant is a very powerful tool that I've ever used. I like to study, test, solve the problem of software bugs. Hope that good cooperation.
